Workflow Pattern

We have an organized and systemic way of working, preparing our volunteers to become leaders in whichever field they choose. We have started from scratch, and now we are more than 500 volunteers all over Pakistan from diverse medical and non-medical institutions. We are unique in the way that we have a shared workforce involving students and professionals.

We have different divisions, including Media, Designing, Logistic, Treasury, Research and Innovation, and different working committees, including Electoral Committee, BSC management committee, Master Trainer Course assessment, and management committee.

We are using advanced technology and smart solutions to meet our targets. We are pleased to have such dedicated and motivated volunteers making significant progress in every aspect.

We are branching in parallel and vertical fashion both; collaboration remains one of our core principle of improving and optimizing approach to the public, which are the main audience and beneficiary.

We have an approved policy from the Government of Pakistan under NGO law. We are one of the very few organizations following a chain of commands where each position has significant authority and responsibility.

With every passing day, we are getting bigger and better, and we are hopeful of reaching milestones in no time we set, and we did not. We welcome and expect more people to join us in this noble cause.
